Passed away peacefully on 18/07/2017, in the presence of his loving family.
Aged 58 Years.
Loving Husband to Anne of 35 years. Caring Father to Tristan, Alyssa and Daniela. Loving Brother to Geoff. A much missed Friend to all.
Family and Friends are invited to attend a service in celebration of “Jim’s” life to be held at Traditional Funerals Chapel, 636 Morayfield Road, Burpengary, on Monday 24th July 2017, commencing at 11:30am.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Motor Neurone Disease Association of Queensland.
