After a long and courageous battle, Madeline passed away peacefully at home on 12th May, 2014, in the presence of her loving Mum, Dad and Brother.
Aged 17 years and 9 months.

Loved and cherished Daughter of Clayton and Jodie. Precious Sister of Lachlan. A much loved Granddaughter, Niece, Cousin and Friend.

Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Service to celebrate Maddy’s life, which is appointed to be held in Traditional Funerals Chapel, 636 Morayfield Road, Burpengary, on Monday, 19th May, 2014 commencing at 3:45p.m.

In lieu of Flowers, donations in Maddy’s memory to Brain Child Foundation preferred and appreciated. Envelopes at Service.
