Late of Bongaree, formerly of Caboolture.
Passed away 8th January, 2015 surrounded by his loving family.
Aged 91 years

Dearly Beloved Husband of Hazel (nee Woodrow), much loved Father and Father in law of Delphine and Chris Loney, Ken (dec’d) and Mary Duncan, Beverley and Terry Kelly, Karen Duncan, Sheree and Graeme McCallum, and Alex (dec’d) and Jennifer Ball. A Loving and Cherished Grandad and Great Grandad to their families.

The Family would like to acknowledge the dedicated care given to Martin by many.

Relatives and Friends are invited to join the family in a Celebration of Tom’s life to be held in the Caboolture Uniting Church, cnr King Street and Smith Road, Caboolture on Wednesday 14th January 2015 commencing at 10.00am.

A committal will follow at the Woodford Cemetery commencing at 12.00 noon.
